Praise Up is a nonprofit organization that Mary Kay Olson started in 2017. Praise
Up strives to help people who have been through traumatic life circumstances.
Mary Kay has survived sexual abuse, mental health issues, and parenting two
children with special needs. Her goal is to help people find hope.
“We are all on this journey together, trying to do the best we can with what we’ve been given. Whether you are at your rock bottom, or just trying to get through the day, there
is hope. I know you have a lot on your plate. Your life is crazy. But, believe me…if
I found hope, you can too."
